Raj’s day-to-day focus is creating the vision of growth for Banmore Group, his ultimate goal/dream is for Banmore Group to be a Nationally recognized company. He has a passion for growing his team from within with regular mentorship and coaching.
He believes in creating positions for his people and letting them get creative in what they can do or bring to the company.
Raj started his career as a retail manager for Bi-Way, and then jumped between management positions between multiple companies. With all his management experience he started Banmore group with his first Subway location in 2002.
Raj has been recognized as a top franchisee and operator over the last 20 years, winning multiple awards and receiving a nomination for Banmore Group from the International Airport Authority for having the Best Customer Service in the industry.
